Guilty pleasures

Gahhh I cannot stand the characters or the stories of these shows, but I cannot stop watching! LOL. Seriously, I find the characters a bit annoying, exaggerated and overly dramatic, but it’s like I have to see what silly and ridiculous things they get into. Haha.

The Vampire Diaries 3. I was able to watch the last few episodes of the previous season primarily because I had nothing else to watch. I was done with my Big Bang Theory and Modern Family marathon and, since I had the last few episodes of Season 2, I decided to see what the fuss was about. I think vampires and werewolves are so overexposed already. Anyway, so you may know the series is about two vampire brothers in love with the same non-vampire woman who happens to be the doppelganger of another vampire. And they have friends who are vampires, werewolves and witches, too. Wow, right? By the way, these vampires can walk in daylight (not sure why), but they’re not sparkly or anything. Hmm.

The Secret Circle. So, when it’s not about vampires and werewolves, it’s about teeny bopper witches! This one’s a new series on ETC about a teenage girl who, after the death of her mother, moves back to her mom’s hometown to live with her grandmother and  finds out that she’s a full-blooded witch. She meets new witch friends (her not so secret magic circle) and they have lots of dark and mostly dramatic adventures. I haven’t learned to love any single thing about this series (yet?) ’cause it’s only on the third episode, but, yes, I watch it when it’s on. Sigh.

America’s Next Top Model All-Stars. Okay, I actually love ANTM.  I looove seeing the results of the photo shoots. The contestants are annoying but the photos are great. It’s kind of like Project Runway. I just love seeing the contestants’ creations on the runway.
