Yes, first born in US. My family mostly comes from various locations in europe. Grandfather was refugee during WWII from Czechoslovakia, ended up in Israel afterwards – escaping Hitler at the time. Grandmother same story, but from France. That is on father’s side. On Mother’s side, mostly from Germany and Poland – also refugees and ended up in Israel afterwards, escaping the WWII Hitler regime. My parents met soon after emigrating to the US after being born and having lived abroad for the formative part of their lives.
