Parents can ban books in their private home. Otherwise not ok. But I do wish books had warnings/disclaimers like movies have (sexually explicit, heavy language, etc).

I’m against banned books. I think it’s our right to read what we want and the “reasons” behind banning are often seriously ludicrous. >_< I would love to win Looking for Alaska!

My mother was a librarian and we always celebrated Banned Books week by reading one or two from the current list. My favorite banned book is The Color Purple.

Banning books is silly. If you are threatened by something in a book, what would you do it in real life? Books expand minds- there is nothing scary about that . Unless you think people should believe what you do.
There are many books on my list.

I would like to get across the universe. i have seen the movie and am curious to how the book will read. books are always better then the movie so i am sure the book is very good!
